Are these gels & syringe refills safe for my enamel?
All of our Gels & Syringe Refills are FDA registered & manufactured in NSF ISO Certified facilities. They only contain ingredients that are proven safe for your enamel. We do not use any harsh abrasive ingredients in our Gels & Refills.
How often should I purchase syringe refills?
We recommend purchasing syringe refills for your iSmile Whitening Systems every 2-5 months depending on your lifestyle. Soda, coffee, tea, wine & smoking cigarettes can cause your teeth to stain more quickly. By using your Whitening System regularly, you can maintain your smile while preventing future stains from occurring.
How long will my gel & syringe refill last?
All of our iSmile Syringe Refills come with 3 x 3mL Syringes which can be used to replace your empty syringes from your iSmile Whitening System. Each syringe contains around 7 treatments when used as directed.
What happens if I swallow some of the gel?
We do not recommend ingesting any of the gel from our Gel & Syringe Refills, but you should not experience any ill effects if a small amount is ingested.
What does the gel taste like?
All of our Gel & Syringe Refills have been infused with peppermint oil, giving them a fresh, clean peppermint taste.
I'm pregnant, can I still use this?
We DO NOT recommend our Peroxide Gel & Syringe Refills for pregnant or breast feeding women as they contain peroxides.
Are these gel & syringe refills safe for children?
We DO NOT recommend our Peroxide Gel & Syringe Refills for anyone under the age of 16.
Is this safe on veneers, crowns & dentures?
Our iSmile Gel & Syringe Refills will only whiten real, natural teeth. They have not been formulated to whiten dental work. Although our Gel & Syringe Refills are completely safe and will not damage your dental work, they may cause uneven whitening if you do choose to use them.
What's in the iSmile whitening gel?
Our Peroxide Gels & Syringe Refills, when used as instructed, should not cause any issues with sensitivity. If you do experience some sensitivity while using your Peroxide Gels & Syringe Refills, just skip your next application to let the sensitivity subside. You can also try using less gel to your mouth tray when using your Whitening System.
How long does free shipping take to be delivered?
All of our orders are shipped directly to you at no charge from our office in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Free Shipping takes between 4-7 working days delivered anywhere in the USA. But we do also offer an express 1-3 day option for a small fee of only $5.95.
