Please read our wholesale terms and policies carefully before placing your order. By placing a wholesale order, you are stating that you understand and adhere to all policies set forth by iSmile.
Placing an Order:
To place an order simply visit our wholesale product page Click Here, add the desired quantity to your cart, and complete your order.
Discounted wholesale volume pricing will be displayed on the iSmile wholesale product page.
If you would prefer to place your order by email, please feel free to send your order request and shipping address to your assigned wholesale account specialist. They will then send you a purchase link so you can pay for your order via our website. You'll receive a receipt and tracking information via your email address on file.
We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, M/C, Visa, Discover). All orders must be paid in full before orders can be processed, shipping charges will be calculated and added automatically at checkout. At this time, we do not offer payment terms (Net 30, 60, 90, etc).
Suggested Retail Pricing:
iSmile products may not be sold or advertised online and/or in-store for less than the prices listed (MSRP) on our website. www.ShopiSmile.com
Resellers may only offer discounts/promotions at a lower price than MSRP with written permission from iSmile.
All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Fort Lauderdale, Florida via UPS Ground shipping. Domestic orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number by email when your order is shipped. Expedited shipping methods such as UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are also available, if needed. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout.
If all of the items in your order are currently in stock, your order will be shipped within 1 business day.
Once your order has been submitted, if the inventory is currently available, your order to be processed, packaged, and shipped within 1 business day.
If your complete order quantity is not present in our inventory when your order is placed, all of the available items will be sent within 1 business day, and the backordered items will be sent separately once additional inventory has arrived, at no additional shipping charge.
You will also be notified by email within 1 business day with the quantity of backordered items, and an estimated re-stock date.
Changes or Cancellations:
We do our best to ship orders within 1 business day, therefore the window for changing or cancelling orders is very small. If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to modify or cancel your order for a full refund, but once the order is in process, we can no longer make any changes.
Multiple Shipping Addresses:
We only ship to the shipping address provided and cannot ship to multiple addresses. If you would like your order shipped to various addresses, please place one order for each shipping address.
ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.
If a package is returned because the address provided to us was not correct, we are not responsible for re-shipping charges. If you see your package was returned to us via your provided tracking number, please notify and provide us with the correct address; shipping & handling charges will need to be re-paid before we can send the package again.
Lost or Damaged Shipment:
Please notify your assigned wholesale account specialist as soon as possible if you feel your package has been lost or arrived damaged. Once we have been notified, we will work as quickly as possible to locate your shipment or send a replacement shipment at no additional charge.
Damaged or Missing Items:
Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, due to human error or shipping issues, damaged items and/or order mistakes are possible. For this reason, it is important to open & inspect your shipment as soon as you receive it.
Please notify your assigned wholesale account specialist within 5 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order. Once we have been notified of any damaged or missing items, we will work as quickly as possible to get them replaced at no additional charge. We cannot honor changes outside of the time frames, as stated within our policies.
Can I use your logo and pictures to help promote the products online or in-store?
Absolutely! We just ask that you not alter the pictures in any way without written permission from iSmile.
